We utilize a mobile database solution to quickly obtain photos and information about your risk, which is transmitted before we leave the inspection. There’s no delay in our reporting on the condition of your prospective risk, therefore there’s no delay in being able to properly evaluate and rate the risk, and/or issue the policy when appropriate. .
We inspect all exterior elevations, documenting all existing damage and observable maintenance issues and are equipped to inspect the roof of your prospective risk if ground-based visual inspection warrants it, or if your guidelines are such that you want a climb-on-inspection.
We can, upon request, inspect the interior and document contents & valuables for those polices with scheduled items. We’re also equipped to map the interior of the structure in 3D, using SLAM technology and/or the Matterport Camera on your high end properties. Call us to discuss prices.
