Our casualty claims investigations are greatly influenced by Pat Magarick’s “Successful Handling of Casualty Claims.” and “. The Casualty Investigation Checklist.” While Mr. Magarick’s book has been updated numerous times since it was first published in 1955, we believe the principles and concepts contained therein to still be fundamental to this industry.
