In 2015, Vector Insurance Services, LLC acquired a Bosch Crash Data Retrieval Tool and underwent the training to offer both Crash Data Retrieval and Crash Data Analysis.
Our staff traveled to the Texas Tech Institute of Forensic Science for the Crash Data Technician I and the Crash Data Technician II Certificiation Courses offered by the Collision Safety Institute. We traveled to the Texas Department of Public Safety regional office in Lubbock, Texas for the Collision Safety Institute’s Crash Data Analyst certification. We’re able to use the data obtained from the Airbag Control Modules, including data on the driver’s speed, braking, seatbelt use and even steering wheel movement, in our animations and simulations in FARO Zone 3D 2019, in order to give you an incredibly accurate portrayal of how an accident occurred and provide you with guidance on what the data shows, or doesn’t show, and how that applies to your claim handling approach
